At Ethnit, each outfit is thoughtfully curated, crafted with love, and detailed with care. Our team takes your measurements very seriously, and every employee puts their heart and soul into ensuring the garment fits you beautifully and hugs your body in the best way possible.

Because of this dedication and the personalized nature of our process, we do not offer returns.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If the outfit you receive does not fit you well or has any issue, we are here to assist you. We will happily work with you to fix the concern, because you are important to us.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
For transparency, we recommend making a video while unboxing your outfit.
Outfits must be returned with all original tags intact, unworn, and unwashed.
Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage beyond delivery issues will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Exchange

Email us at contact@ethnit.com or instagram @ethn.it with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your provided address.
Our team will make the required changes and ship your garment back to you within 7 days of receiving it.
